⚠️ Status: Obsolete
The Faraday MPC-6000 is a legacy suppression panel. Replacement boards are no longer manufactured. A full system upgrade is highly recommended.
Common Faraday MPC-6000 Trouble Codes
- DEVICE MISSING: A previously programmed addressable sensor or module has lost serial communication with the main loop controller.
- GROUND FAULT: A bare field wire on an initiating loop or notification circuit has made unauthorized contact with a grounded metal backbox or conduit.
- OPEN CIRCUIT: A physical break in the signaling line circuit wiring is preventing the main control board from polling the downstream addressable devices.
- BATTERY TRBL: The backup power supply batteries are completely disconnected, depleted, or are failing to hold the required voltage during a simulated load test.
