Common Gamewell-FCI 7100 Trouble Codes
- DEVICE NO ANS: An analog addressable smoke detector, monitor module, or pull station has dropped off the signaling line circuit loop, indicating a damaged field component or a clean break in the data wire.
- GROUND FAULT: Positive or negative voltage from an initiating loop or local notification appliance circuit is leaking to earth, typically caused by a pinched conductor inside a metal backbox.
- BATTERY LOW: The secondary backup power supply batteries are completely missing, disconnected, or dropping below the required operational threshold during an automated internal panel test.
- COMM TRBL: The integrated digital communicator is failing to connect with the central monitoring station over the local primary or secondary analog telephone lines.
