⚠️ Status: Obsolete
The Fire-Lite MS4 is a legacy fire panel. Replacement boards are no longer manufactured. A full system upgrade is highly recommended.
Common Fire-Lite MS4 Trouble Codes
- ZONE FAULT: A conventional initiating zone has an open circuit or a missing end of line resistor which prevents the panel from properly monitoring the detectors.
- NAC FAULT: The notification appliance circuit has a wiring break or short that will prevent the horns and strobes from sounding during an emergency.
- BATTERY TROUBLE: The backup power supply batteries have fallen below the required standby voltage or are completely disconnected from the main board.
- EARTH FAULT: A bare field wire on either a zone loop or notification circuit has made physical contact with a grounded backbox or metal conduit.
